With the new season approaching in England, we see a good amount of Champions League and Europa League qualifiers being played. Last season, Polish side Zagłębie Lubin finished fourth, giving them entry to the Europa League from the early qualifying rounds stage. The last time they were in this competition was ten years ago. This time round, manager Piotr Stokowirc has made it publicly known it would be great for the club and fans if they were to go one better and be in the group stages.

Sonderjyske on the other hand were the only club in Denmark to push FC Copenhagen for the league title, finally being outpaced and placing second by nine points. All linked to the club are pushing hard to go that one step further in the forthcoming 2016/17 season.

My prediction for leg one of this tie is a 1-1 draw at 11/2. It will be a close knit contest with neither side wanting to lose in the first game. Zagłębie will prove to difficult to break down but both teams are more than able to find the net.
